These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Powerlook Membership Program ("Membership Program"). By purchasing or using a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with Powerlook's general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other applicable policies published on the website.
1. Membership Overview
The Powerlook Membership Program is a paid annual subscription that provides eligible customers with exclusive shopping benefits, discounts, rewards, and member-only privileges on eligible purchases made through Powerlook.
Membership benefits are available only during the active Membership period and are subject to these Terms.
2. Membership Fee & Validity
- Membership is available for a fee of ₹199.
- Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of successful purchase and activation.
- Membership benefits become available only after successful payment and activation.
- Membership fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
3. Eligibility
To purchase and use a Membership, you must:
- Have a registered Powerlook account.
- Provide accurate and complete account information.
- Comply with all applicable Powerlook policies and terms.
Powerlook reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Membership access if misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
4. Membership Benefits
Subject to eligibility and applicable conditions, Members may receive:
4.1 Additional Member Discount
- Members receive an additional 5% discount on eligible products.
- The Member discount is calculated on the final selling price after applying applicable product discounts and promotions.
- There is currently no maximum cap on the Membership discount benefit.
- The discount is automatically applied when shopping through the registered Member account.
4.2 Cashback Rewards
- Members receive 5% cashback on eligible delivered orders.
- Cashback is credited to the customer's Powerlook Wallet, Rewards Wallet, or designated rewards section.
- Cashback is issued only after successful delivery and verification of the order.
- Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
4.3 Free Shipping & Priority Processing
- Members may receive free shipping benefits on eligible orders.
- Eligible Member orders may receive priority processing, packing, dispatch, or fulfillment wherever operationally feasible.
- Priority processing does not guarantee specific delivery timelines.
4.4 Early Access Benefits
- Members may receive early access to selected sales, product launches, collections, promotional campaigns, or limited-stock products.
- Early access duration and availability may vary by campaign.
4.5 Exclusive Member Offers
- Powerlook may periodically provide Member-exclusive offers, promotions, rewards, or shopping benefits.
- Such offers may be subject to separate campaign-specific terms.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
Membership benefits may not apply to:
- Deal of the Day products.
- Flash sale products.
- Special promotional products.
- Gift cards, if introduced.
- Products specifically marked as excluded.
- Certain campaigns, bundles, or offers are identified by Powerlook.
Powerlook reserves the right to determine product eligibility at its sole discretion.
6. Cashback Terms
6.1 Cashback Credit
- Cashback is credited only after successful order delivery and verification.
- Orders that are cancelled, refused, returned, refunded, exchanged, or reversed may not qualify for cashback.
6.2 Cashback Usage
- Cashback can only be redeemed on eligible future purchases.
- Cashback cannot be redeemed for cash, bank transfers, or any monetary equivalent.
6.3 Cashback Adjustments
Powerlook reserves the right to reverse, deduct, or cancel cashback if:
- An order is cancelled, refunded, or returned.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- Cashback was credited in error.
- Any abuse of the Membership Program is identified.
7. Membership Account Restrictions
- Membership benefits are linked to the registered customer account.
- Memberships are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be assigned to another person.
- Multiple accounts created to misuse Membership benefits may result in suspension or termination.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Membership does not alter or replace Powerlook's standard Return, Exchange, Refund, or Shipping Policies.
- Any returns, exchanges, reverse pickup fees, or refund calculations will be governed by the applicable policies in effect at the time.
- Discounts, cashback, or Membership benefits applied to an order may be adjusted proportionately in the event of returns, refunds, or exchanges.
9. Membership Cancellation & Refunds
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable once Membership has been activated.
- Partial usage or non-usage of Membership benefits does not entitle the customer to a refund.
- Powerlook may, at its sole discretion, provide exceptions in specific cases.
10. Membership Expiry & Renewal
Membership automatically expires upon completion of the 365-day validity period.
Upon expiry:
- Member discounts will cease.
- Cashback earning benefits will cease.
- Shipping benefits will cease.
- Early access privileges will cease.
- Exclusive Member offers will no longer be available.
Customers may purchase a new Membership to continue receiving benefits.
11. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse
Powerlook reserves the right to suspend, revoke, cancel, or terminate Membership benefits without notice if it reasonably believes that:
- Fraudulent activity has occurred.
- Membership benefits are being misused.
- Multiple accounts are being used to exploit benefits.
- Any action violates applicable laws or Powerlook policies.
In such cases, Membership fees may not be refunded.
12. Program Modifications
Powerlook may, at any time and without prior notice:
- Modify Membership pricing.
- Change benefit structures.
- Introduce or remove benefits.
- Revise eligibility criteria.
- Suspend or discontinue the Membership Program.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website or Membership page.
13. Limitation of Liability
Powerlook shall not be liable for:
- Technical errors affecting Membership benefits.
- Delays in cashback processing.
- Temporary unavailability of Member features.
- Campaign-specific benefit restrictions.
- Loss of benefits resulting from account misuse, suspension, or expiry.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Powerlook's liability under the Membership Program shall not exceed the Membership fee paid by the customer.
14. Right to Interpret
All decisions regarding Membership eligibility, cashback issuance, benefit applicability, reward calculations, account verification, and program administration shall be made by Powerlook and shall be final and binding.
